I provide holistic treatments for your well-being and relaxation. The term "holistic" is of ancient origin. It comes from the Greek word holos meaning "whole" and the holistic approach to medicine can be traced back to Hippocratic physicians in the 5th century BC. They realised that a person was not just a physical being and that good health was a balance of different aspects of the person.

Being holistic means taking into account and addressing a variety of factors when a person experiences illness, such as physical predispositions, emotions, mental attitudes, lifestyle, diet, relationships and past experiences. All these aspects make up the whole person.

Holistic therapies consider the whole person and work on the physical as well as the mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Traditional Thai Massage: an ancient healing art which combines a flowing sequence of acupressure, stretches and yoga like postures to maintain and restore general well-being.

Reflexology: a foot massage which works the reflex areas in the feet to encourage the body's self-healing ability.

Reiki: an ancient hands-on healing therapy which addresses mind, body and spirit.

Indian Head Massage: a massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face to ease stress and tension.

Thai Foot & Leg Massage: a revitalising massage which leaves your feet and legs feeling energised and fresh.

Hopi Ear Candles: a relaxing and soothing remedy for auricular hygiene, sinus and ear problems.

My holistic therapy practice is located in a quiet housing estate off Dundrum Road, only five minutes from the Windy Arbour Luas stop and in close vicinity to Rathmines, Ranelagh, Clonskeagh, Churchtown, Goatstown, Dundrum, Rathfarnham and Terenure,Dublin South.
